The Jaguars of Brazil’s Pantanal
September 9-20, 2026 (12-days)
Brazil’s Pantanal is the World’s largest tropical wetlands area and a truly premier wildlife photography destination. This tour visits the heart of this vast tropical wilderness where we will experience and photograph the region’s unsurpassed biodiversity, highlighted by the majestic Jaguar, the World’s 3rd largest wild cat. Other keynote inhabitants of the Pantanal include the Giant Anteater, Tapir, Giant Otter, Howler Monkey, Caiman, Capybara, Maned Wolf, Scarlet Macaws, Owls and several other birds of pray and many more!
This tour takes us to the seldom visited Taiamã Ecological Reserve as well as to the famous Meeting of the Waters State Park, the 2 very best places in the Pantanal to photograph Jaguars. Importantly, this tour is specifically timed to coincide with the Pantanal’s dry season meaning the rivers that we will be navigating by boat will be at their very lowest making for ample open areas along the river banks and ideal conditions for spotting Jaguars and other wildlife.
Price: US$8,250 (shared occupancy), US$9,650 (Single occupancy private room)
